We’re now hiring a Google Ads Specialist to join our performance team and help scale our client brands to the next level with powerful, conversion-driven campaigns.

Your Role

You’ll take ownership of building, managing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns for ecommerce brands. This role isn’t about blindly following best practices — it’s about making data-driven decisions, testing rapidly, and pushing accounts to new levels of performance.

You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, love optimization, and have a deep understanding of what drives results in ecommerce.

What You’ll Do

• Launch and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube)

• Continuously test ad copy, creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and funnel flows

• Analyze data and implement insights to improve ROAS and scale performance

• Collaborate with our team of creatives, data specialists, and project managers

• Deliver clear performance reports and strategic insights to internal stakeholders

• Stay updated on Google Ads platform changes and ecommerce trends

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1–2 years of experience in a Google Ads agency, preferably in ecommerce

• Proficient with Google Ads Manager, GA4, and conversion tracking setups

• Experience scaling accounts using Performance Max, Search & Shopping campaigns

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

• Self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a remote high-performance team

• Experience with Notion, Triple Whale, or other analytics tools is a bonus
